I've been interested in photography since high school where I was the photo editor for the school's yearbook. And videography for several years. After purchasing a HD video camera in the winter of 2008, I needed something moving to shoot. Trains came to mind and I've been capturing them ever since, learning both the rail industry a bit and sharpening my video skills. More equipment has been acquired along the way including a second and finally a third HD camera.
This is a "screen grab" from the video editor that I use, Sony Vegas Studio Platinum v10. It shows the three different camera clips that I've cut to make the video "CITX 3072 West by the MP 73.6 Detector on 3-16-2011" Click the image for more information.
